Opened in 2003, in collaboration with their partners, Alarma Universal’s state-of-the-art control centre is the security company’s vital nerve centre, ensuring an immediate response to every alarm signal received from clients’ properties in the region extending from Estepona to Nerja.
The ultramodern control centre – equipped with the most advanced IT systems on the market and manned by professional multilingual operators – is located in the PTA (Parque Tecnológico de Andalucía) in Campanillas. With its reinforced concrete structure and access strictly controlled by a fingerprint ID system, the experienced team working from this bunker-like building 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, verify the incident and coordinate the reaction, immediately alerting the Alarma Universal emergency patrol team and, if necessary, the police, to ensure a rapid response.

Working from our company headquarters in Fuengirola, Alarma Universal have been protecting homes and businesses on the Costa del Sol for more than 30 years. A family-owned company, founded back in the 1980's, we were pioneers in introducing alarm systems to the Coast at a time when they were virtually unheard of in Southern Spain.
