The part that is advertised as "for sale" has almost 13 ha and a sale price of € 359,000. In this part there is a simple note a ranch house, of which only remains in the ruins. From this part you can see the area of ??luxury houses in Monda. Likewise, the farm is close to the wet area of ??Barranco Blanco.

The total of the farm has 70 ha and would sell for a figure of 1 million euros. As I have indicated, only 13 Ha are officially for sale.
In other parts of the farm there are other buildings, some standing. Others in a state of ruin.
