How To Search For Properties On The VIVA Web

How do I search for my dream home on VIVA's website?

In this post, I’ve put together a short video showing you how you can use www.yourviva.com to search for the best properties the Costa del Sol has to offer.

Check out all the different ways you can arrive at your desired search criteria… at just the click of a few buttons!

An example search

In this example, my preferences are as follows... I want a two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment in Marbella and I have between €200,000 and €300,000 to spend. As you will see from the video, I can arrive at the same search results in three different ways, which are:

1. Via the property search bar on the VIVA homepage
2. Via the Advanced Search function on the VIVA homepage
3. Via the drop-down menu at the top of every page

...while the fourth option is what you might call a "free search" where you can use the reference number of a property you love, if needs be:

4. Via the Site Search tool in the top right corner of every page
