The video for Marbella’s new musical campaign #Marbellaishappy premiered last night with an open-air screening in Plaza Santo Cristo, organised by Marbella Town Hall.

The promotional video joins the ‘Happy’ musical movement that hundreds of other cities including Paris, Sydney and Seoul have already participated in, where the cast vivaciously dance around different areas of the town to the catchy monster hit, “Happy” by Pharrell Williams…The all-star cast of Marbella’s most famous faces shaking their hips in a bid for promotional tourism, includes 2-star Michelin chef Dani Garcia, tennis champ Manolo Santana, socialite Carmen Lomana, Count Rudi von Schönburg-Glauchau and his wife Princess Marie-Louise of Prussia, Marbella Mayor Ángeles Muñoz, actors Aníbal Soto and María Adamuz, as well as members of local sports clubs, choirs and dance schools in the municipality.

Featuring some of Marbella’s best known landmarks, the video was shot at various different locations in Marbella including the Old Town, Puerto Banús and Marbella town centre, illustrating just how it feels to live in one of the most exclusive tourist destinations in the world.

With more than 320 days of sunshine annually, miles of golden sandy beaches, rich culture, amazing food, world-class shopping, buzzing nightlife and well… the list goes on…
