Completing the 2018 VIVA podium was an article highlighting the fact that one of the many reasons expats move to Spain is the country’s renowned healthcare service and infrastructure.  It’s not just us saying that: according to the Health Care Efficiency Index published by Bloomberg, Spain has the third most efficient healthcare system in the world – and therefore the best in Europe.

Just missing out on the bronze medal was another post rating Spain’s exceptional attractions highly among the global elite.
