VIVA Golden Mile… Our landmark 10th office on the Costa del Sol!

It’s safe to say the opening of this new office is a major milestone for us – having already opened 5 new offices in 2012 and now 4 in 2013, VIVA now have a fabulous total of 10 area offices at strategic locations throughout the Costa del Sol. There’s just no stopping VIVA’s continued expansion along the Coast…

Marbella’s highly sought-after Golden Mile stretches 4 miles from the western edge of Marbella along to Puerto Banús. It is home to some of the most luxurious residences in the area, including the Palace of King Fahd, as well as several landmark hotels. With plenty of upmarket developments and complexes in the area there is no shortage of impressive and exclusive properties!

Conveniently located at Urbanisation Marbella Real, VIVA’s new Golden Mile office is in an ideal location, easy to find with parking right outside and close to cafés and shops.

Managed and operated by VIVA partner Markus Mierau, there are currently 3 members of staff manning the new Golden Mile office. The experienced and knowledgeable team will provide a personalised, individual, first-class service for both buyers and vendors – I look forward to enjoying a great working relationship with the VIVA Golden Mile team.

VIVA’s new Golden Mile office is located at Blvd. Príncipe Alfonso von Hohenlohe and is open Monday – Friday 10am – 7pm and Saturday 10am – 2pm.
