VIVA opens a brand new office in Málaga city

I’m absolutely thrilled to share with you the exciting news that with the launch of our fabulous new Málaga office right in the heart of the city on Monday 15 December, we’re expanding our network of regional offices ever wider to capture a whole new real estate market…

This move represents a hugely significant milestone for our company. It’s the first time we have had an office in the provincial capital of Málaga. It’s Spain’s 6^th largest city and allows us to significantly expand our product range.

This will be of particular interest to investors and investment funds looking to acquire large-scale urban buildings, some of which are ripe for conversion, while others, with tenants in place, offer lucrative revenue streams.

Under the direction of VIVA Partners Agustin González, Esperanza Cruz and José Manuel Cuadra, the experienced, knowledgeable and highly approachable Málaga team also includes Estefanía González (Reception) and Nieves Rodríguez (Vendor Services). In addition to property listings and sales, they also offer a rentals service and speak English and German as well as Spanish.

The VIVA Málaga team, however, won’t only be covering the buzzing capital of the Costa del Sol, as they will also be serving the needs of buyers and vendors eastwards along the coast to Rincón de la Victoria and Benajarafe.

All three of the VIVA Partners have extensive, hands-on experience of the real estate and associated industries. And having all been born in Málaga, where they have all also exercised their professional careers, they are well-known and highly respected figures, while their local knowledge is second to none.

Agustín has worked in the real estate industry for 15 years and was previously a member of the VIVA sales team. For her part, Esperanza was involved with the financial sector from 1997 until 2012, when her direct relationship with the property market began. Both are VIVA Málaga working partners, while silent partner José Manuel Cuadra has his own construction business as well as a property development firm which he founded in 2005.

Situated parallel to Calle Marqués de Larios – renowned for its designer fashion, exclusive brands, luxury goods and chic eateries – the strategically located VIVA office is also conveniently close to the beautiful Paseo del Parque as well as Málaga Port and its recently opened Muelle Uno commercial centre, offering upmarket shopping, restaurants, art and leisure facilities adjoining the yacht harbour and cruise ship terminal.

You’ll find the VIVA Málaga office at Calle Antonio Baena Gómez 1. Opening hours are Monday to Friday from 10am to 7.30pm, and Saturdays from 11am to 2pm.
