VIVA’s expansion continues with a new branch office in Benalmádena!

It gives me great pleasure to tell you that seemingly against all the odds – with growth forecasts down throughout the Eurozone and beyond – VIVA’s own strategic expansion nonetheless continues unabated with the recent official opening of our brand new branch office in Benalmádena on 1 October and… still more area offices in the pipeline!

The last few months have been an extraordinarily busy time, what with our VIVA Elviria office launching in June, swiftly followed in August by VIVA La Cala and now just a matter of weeks later, here we are with VIVA Benalmádena, our latest addition to the VIVA group.

Managed and operated by VIVA Partner Hans Friederici – who’s been involved in the Costa del Sol real estate industry since 1986 – this new VIVA office covers Benalmádena Costa, Benalmádena Pueblo, Arroyo de la Miel, Torremolinos and beyond. The knowledgeable and highly experienced VIVA team together of course speak English, German, Spanish, Dutch, French, Italian, Russian and Scandinavian, and with their in-depth understanding of clients’ needs and expectations are experts at providing a personal and highly individualised service.

Situated on Avenida Federico García Lorca, leading from Benalmádena Costa’s distinctive Windmill Roundabout on the busy seafront to the landmark La Paloma Park, the VIVA office just couldn’t have a better location, or be easier to find.
